Developing and monitoring web pages:
Created, designed and maintained HTML Xpress to help members of the group get quick responses to their HTML questions
and/or problems. The website equipped with message boards and chatroom for members to post questions as well as communicate
online on a daily basis. As the group master, I monitored the user status and upgraded the HTML code to authorize or
deny members. Also responsible for monitoring the message board and chatroom.
As a Communication Systems Specialist, I provided assistance in the ongoing design, development, and maintenance of the
website.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Duties included but not limited to the following:
Promote and monitor web site development.
Assist central office, school site and community partners with web site design, development integration, maintenance,
and technical support.
Analyzed web site statistics and uses finding to improve and refine. Converted materials to web documents, monitor
the day-to-day operation of the web site including, the transfer, testing and updating the web materials.
Write original text and created original graphics for web sites. Researched emerging web tools for their usefulness
in the office internet activities. Periodically checked files on system for quality.
Knowledge of:
Practices, procedures, resources, and applications used for Internet work; computer graphic and network hardware and
software; User interface (UI) design and navigation aids for web sites.

Operate a variety of computer systems, networks, and application software; develop and create links on web site and manage
and maintain system; Create and execute graphic designs; Continuously explore, learn and implement cutting edge technologies
into the web sites; Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve problems.
Design routines utilizing computer resources to improve efficiency; Effectively plan, and integrate a variety of technologies;
Conduct presentations on the Internet and School District web site development.
